What is UPOP?
UPOP (U-POP) is a satellite radio station that is heard on XM and World Space Satellite Radio Service - that is available via satellite around the globe and online (U.S. only). The UPOP radio station specializes in playing hit music from Europe, America, and other global hit music from other countries around the globe.

What is Club UPOP or U Love UPOP?
Club UPOP (U Love UPOP) is a fan club for all of the listners that like music that is played on UPOP.
Why do I need to register?
If you register, you get to vote in the U Love UPOP Charts, chat with other UPOP'ers in the exclusive UPOP chat room, write reviews, create a favorites song list, write your own personal notes about songs in your favorites list (example: need to purchase cd), and subscriptions to mailing lists.
Why do I need to register to vote?
Voting is done on the honor system. So, that means You can vote as many times as you want, but within reason. We don't want same person voting 500 times a week or having a robot placing thousand of thousands of votes for them to skew the chart results. It just keeps everyone honest. What is My UPOP?
My UPOP is your own personal area of the U Love UPOP website. When you go to the My UPOP section, you can view songs that you have in your favorites list that you may have added to your list when either voting, viewing the charts, or even browsing the catalog. This is one of main features of My Upop. It enables you to take your favorite songs list and have immediate access to the artists web sites where ever you go. No more having to remember the URL addresses or what songs you need to purchase when you are at the music store. My UPOP also enables change your password, change email subscriptions, and other account maintenance activities.
I've created a favorites list, who has access to that?
Well, you have access to it and do we . We use the favorite songs you have in your list to help the UPOP staff play the favorites song you like. It helps the UPOP staff cater more to you listening needs. We also use your favorites list to play songs you like on your birthday. Remember it is all about U! And finally, at the end of the year we make our computer system compile a list of the most favorites songs in everyones favorite list to create one fabulous show at the end of the year!
I entered in my birthday, but I don't want a shout on my birthday on the radio. What do I do?
If you haven't registered, leave it at Jan 1, 1900. We know that you aren't 105! Good God, would you just die! You've lived long enough. If you have already registered, please email us 7 days prior to your birthday at birthremove@clubupop.com ---- Just an FYI, we don't let you change it because some people think their birthday is every week.
If I write a comment about a song, does everyone see it and how is it used?
Yep, everyone sees it, including your mother! They could also use it on air at UPOP. So keep it clean, remember Mom is watching!
If I write a note in my favorites list, who sees that?
The only person is you. That information isn't made public to anyone.
Why does your shop go to a 3rd party web site called cafepress.com?
Well, we don't have the time to make and ship the products to you. Plus, we'd have to have a inventory, shopping cart, and some way to full fill the orders. So, they fill the niche for us. Plus, they let us create our store front for FREE! So, as you can imagine, we couldn't pass that up. Also, they do such a good job making the product and ship it around the world. And they stand behind their product.
When I'm in the chat room, I hear this constant click when my windows refresh. I do I turn this annoying click off?
If you are using XP, go in to your control panel and click on Sounds and Audio Devices. Then click on the sounds tab. Then about half way down the list there should be heading called Windows Explorer. Then in the sub list, locate Start Navigation. Then in the sounds drop down box, select none. Who needs that unnecessary clicking sound?

Why is it when I type in uloveupop.com in my web browswer, the address automatically goes to clubupop.com?
At one time in this sites history, it was called U Love UPOP. But, do to the ease of saying the website name on the air, the old name was a tongue twister. So, the Club UPOP domain was adopted. Plus, it aligned much better with UPOP because they have the spots for Club UPOP - a spot where the listeners tell why they love UPOP. So, in the end we thought the change would be good and the name reflects that this site is a club for all UPOP listners.
I know I can buy import CDs for the songs UPOP plays, but is their a way I can download the music legally to have instant gratification? For example, songs that are played in the UK and on UPOP, but aren't available at my local CD store or online?

I'm getting this error - "We apologize but this service is not yet available in your region" - when trying to purchase music download credits from XXX Music Site . How did you make it work?

Can I also download remixes of current songs?
Yes, you can! You might have to learn German, but you can get it. Have fun looking!
Why can't I get my all of my UPOP music downloads from iTunes? For example, songs from the UK?
