THE USE OF THIS ENTIRE WEBSITE IS SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. We do not warrant or endorse any of validity of the information that is presented on this website. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you do find an error, please let us know by using our contact us page. We will do as much as we can to correct the error. Also, any type of flooding the website and/or Club UPOP computer systems is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being disabled. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. Fee: Free! Voting System: The voting system is provided to registered users and is based on the honor system. You can vote as many times as you would like, but within reason. Within in reason is considered voting 5 times within a 5 minute peiod. All votes are tracked and require you to login. Abusing the voting system could result in your account being disabled. The voting system is to be used as a novelty and not as a source of truth. Using the voting system is optional and not required if you are a U Love UPOP member. My UPOP: My UPOP is available to all registered users at U Love UPOP. My UPOP is to be used for entertainment purposes only. There is no warranty expressed when using the favorites system or any features of My UPOP. From time to time, the My UPOP system might be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance and daily backups. During that time My UPOP will not work and other features of the website. Also, if you are keeping information store in the My UPOP system that you can't live without of, please make your own personal backup on your computer system. Chat room: Chat is to be used by all registered members of U Love UPOP to share their joy about UPOP. Unacceptable language, flaming, spamming, and other means of destructive chat will be prohibited. The chat room also has the feature of posting a photo of your self. No group photos, please. Please keep those photos clean. If you don't know if a photo is clean enough for the chat, contact us, we'll tell you. If you receive 3 or more complaints from any U Love UPOP user failing to follow these rules, will result in your account being disabled. Failure to fallow these rules could result in your account being disabled. If you can't remember this, just remind yourself, would I use these words in church or with my mother? Got the idea? Great! Have a great time chatting! Comments/Reviews: Comments and reviews of songs/artist that are viewed by the public, are solely the thoughts of the person that wrote it. We do not warrant any of the validity of the information that presented and can not be held liable. Use of inappropriate language in a comment or review in a publicly viewed area, is frowned upon and discouraged. Also, your comments or review maybe used on the UPOP station.
